To ensure safety and satisfaction with our products, consumers who believe they are affected by a recall should not wait to receive a notification but should contact their nearest Dean Tires dealer. Find your retailer.

If the tire dealer inspection verifies that you have a tire or tires that are part of a recall, it/they will be replaced with new tire(s) and will be mounted and balanced at no charge.

If you are affected by a recall and your Dean Tires dealer fails to replace your tire without charge and within a reasonable amount of time, you may submit written notification to the Secretary of Transportation at the following address:
